About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team at Lytton Refinery. This newly created role will support ongoing quality initiatives across operations, helping to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll support the implementation and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), manage documentation and audits, liaise with external auditors, and coordinate quality‑related communication across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands‑on industrial background who has progressed into quality systems and is passionate about improving standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve QMS documentation, version control, and procedure reviews
  • Manage ISNetworld RAVs and support external ISO audits
  • Coordinate internal audits and corrective actions
  • Update supplier records and manage quality risks
  • Support the development of internal training materials
  • Provide accurate reporting and data to the HSEQT Manager
  • Communicate QMS changes across the business
  • Participate in fortnightly QEI meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in Quality Management (or equivalent)
  • Mechanical trade background highly regarded
  • Strong experience in quality auditing and management systems
  • Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 complianceProficient computer and documentation skills
  • Risk management experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives
