The Quality team ensures quality measures in our NPI & Generator production facility in Travemünde, Germany. In this position, you will report to the Technical Support and Quality Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle quality topics for the factory organisation, focusing on production lines

  • Monitor and track KPIs across the organisation

  • Manage the quality escalation process between factory levels

  • Perform RCA / CAPA / 8D analyses

  • Ensure and implement Vestas processes and procedures

  • Support process and product audits

  • Coordinate PPAPs for customers

  • Act as point of contact for supplier NCs

  • Participate in projects (e.g., industrialisation of new products, technology transfer, continuous improvement)

  • Train production teams on quality topics

  • Technical education + several years of professional experience in quality

  • Practical experience with rotating machines (generators or motors)

  • SAP administration skills

  • Advanced written and spoken English skills and business fluent in German
