IMPORTANTE CALL CENTER, A NIVEL NACIONAL SOLICITA COORDINADOR DE CALIDAD (QA)
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting and visibility of operational metrics
Meetings with clients
calibrations
Teamwork
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Development of action plans based on AOP detection
Oriented to achieving KPI'S and QA results
**Requirements**:
Advanced management of Google Sheets, Google dashboards, etc.
Knowledge of PC skills
English B2
Good spelling and reading comprehension
Diction and excellent communication skills
2 year experience of same or similar position
