Job Description
Quality & Damage Logistics Sr Specialist is responsible for overseeing and ensuring quality standards throughout the vehicle logistics process. This role involves implementing quality control procedures, performing inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with logistics and production teams to maintain high levels of quality and compliance in vehicle transportation and handling.
Key responsibilities :
-Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures within the vehicle logistics process.
-Conduct inspections and audits of vehicles upon arrival, during transit, and prior to delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
-Identify and document any damage, deviations, or nonconformities, and coordinate corrective actions.
-Collaborate with transportation and warehouse teams to improve handling processes and reduce damage.
-Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
-Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations related to vehicle transportation.
-Provide training and guidance to operational teams on quality standards and best practices.
-Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Prepare reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
-Act as the point of contact for quality issues related to vehicle logistics.
