**Justification: This role replaces the Applied NA Quality Director role with a specific Chiller NA Quality Director position. The Chiller NA business is a $1.7B revenue operation that has 8 mfg. sites and approximate 200 Quality Headcount. This is a high growth area that has high criticality for quality performance particularly with growing data center business. This segment has over $18M in COPQ opportunity.**:
