- Ensure that the Company’s quality system is implemented, and maintained in the Mexicali facility. Work with operations to develop, implement, and maintain effective statistical process controls and other statistical techniques to ensure manufacturing output is in control and constantly monitored.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality system.Verify the implementation of solutions to quality problems.Responsible for managing the quality metrics generated and reported from of the Mexicali facility.Manage the disposition and processing of nonconforming materials identified in the Mexicali facility.Manage the implementation of any quality improvement projects including product improvements and ensure their timely implementation.Recruit and develop Quality Assurance personnel working at the Mexicali facility.
