**What you will do**:
**Directs a large regional quality organization and directs the overall quality strategy and implementation to ensure technical specifications, product reliability, and internal and external expectations comply with relevant standards, regulations, and licenses. Develops and deploys PBU/Regional quality strategies for the assigned business unit, aligned to both global standards and PBU needs, which ensure world class quality performance that provides a competitive advantage for Johnson Controls. Leads efforts to build and sustain quality capability and capacity to deliver the short
