Quality Engineer (Aerospace)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in aerospace quality engineering, inspection, and supplier quality management
• Strong experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and triaging complex quality issues
• Experience working with electronics, distributors and system engineering suppliers to ensure that engine components are working efficiently
• Experience working on sensors, electrical, controls and system components - root cause analysis, triaging and troubleshooting
• Experience working with suppliers to challenge and advocate on internal inspections
• Experience working on the assembly line to investigate issue and understand all internal parts (system engineering components)
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements (AS9100, NADCAP preferred) Bilingual English/French - intermediate French at minimum...
