**Job Title**:
Quality Engineer
**Location/s**:
Apodaca NL MEX - Blvd Apodaca
**PURPOSE OF POSITION** Meet requirements for the ISO 9000 quality system.
Follow up to the internal / external corrective actions.
Actively participate in developing process documents (PCP, PFMEA).
Maintain the process/quality control plan updated.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that assembled product meets design specifications and requirements
- Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with ISO standards and Global Operating Standards.
- Drive First Time Pass (FTP) metric and identify robust solutions to lower the PPM.
- Develop and implement Process Control Audits and Finished Stock Audits.
- Problem Solving (Use of Shainin techniques - BOB / WOW)
- Work closely with Assembly, Manufacturing Engineering and Resident Engineering teams to solve problems promptly and implement sustainable solutions.
