**Description:**
You will be the **Quality Engineer** for the **PAC‑3 Missile and Launcher Evolutionary Development and Transition to Production** team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge missile and launcher solutions that meet rigorous quality and performance standards.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives across the program, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, subcontracting, program management, suppliers, and the customer to ensure quality objectives are met throughout development, testing, and transition to production.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Implementing and tracking quality requirements, reducing design and process risk, and driving closure of non‑conformance reports.
