Quality Engineer

Job Title Quality Engineer Role Summary: The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and enhancing product quality through data monitoring, customer support, and inspection coordination. This role involves working closely with the customer service, and production teams to ensure product and process compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Gather and input quality-related data for weekly trend analysis, leading to identification and escalation of recurring issues. Assist in compiling metrics for internal and customer reporting. Provide initial quality advice and information to customer service teams. Support the handling of quality-related queries from customers. Record non-conformances and fully investigate the extent of any quality issues.
