Be the interface between Manufacturing plant and Customer. Execute SPS(Structured problem solving) for deep dive analysis of 0km and Warranty claims. Ensure the best performance con Customer scorecard.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor Engineer (Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic)
- Experience in Quality(3 years) & Manufacturing(3 years)
- Experience with Customer is desirable
- Advanced English
- Wide experience in 8D's / A3's
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Desirable experience in DMAIC
