Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases specifically for changes delivered by the Edge team.
• Validate Edge configuration changes against web and mobile ecommerce experiences.
• Execute manual and automated tests to confirm functionality, performance, and stability.
• Identify, report, and track defects related to Edge-driven updates, partnering with engineers to support resolution.
• Verify HTTP headers and cookies to ensure Edge changes behave correctly across web and mobile clients.
• Review DNS and traffic routing changes to confirm correct behavior and availability.
• Test site protection updates, including bot controls and firewall rules, to ensure legitimate traffic is not impacted.
• Validate CDN configuration changes to ensure content delivery and caching work as intended.
• Support release readiness by identifying risks early and confirming fixes before production rollout.
• Document testing outcomes, edge cases, and learnings to improve future releases.
