SUMMARY
• Assist in coordinating the total quality assurance program and procedures; ensure functional and dimensional verifications of manufactured parts; assist with customer relations as required. Perform other duties as directed.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Determine part conformance to customer specifications.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of customer concerns.
• Manage quality aspects of vendor relationships.
• Conduct internal audits and review corrective actions.
• This position will be the leader of the issues, follow through on the issue down to the floor level to determine root cause and corrective actions with the assistance of the floor.
