As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be the main quality contact during assembly, integration, and test phases, coordinating QA activities across departments. You’ll lead inspections, manage non-conformities, and drive corrective actions through NRB meetings and RCAs. You will prepare QA documentation and contribute to PFMEA, KIP/MIP plans, and related project records. Frequent travel supports QA during test campaigns, with a focus on reducing the cost of quality. You’ll foster a preventive quality mindset within the AIT team and ensure compliance with ECSS standards.
