  • Quality Control:


  • Develop and implement quality control systems for
    solar panel manufacturing processes.

  • Conduct inspections and testing of incoming raw
    materials, in-process products, and finished solar panels.

  • Identify defects or issues in production and ensure
    corrective measures are taken.


  • Testing and Validation:


  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and environmental
    testing to assess solar panel performance and durability.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC,
    UL, ISO) for solar panels.

  • Analyze testing data and prepare detailed reports.


  • Process Improvement:


  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to
    identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance product
    quality.

  • Implement statistical process control (SPC) and other
    quality improvement methodologies.

  • Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and develop
    solutions.
