Key Responsibilities:
• Understand functional requirements from the FSD and BRD documents
• Design and execute test cases for various payment related applications.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Validate report generation and audit logs.
• Raise, track, and close bugs using test management tools or Manual testing
• Work with developers and project manager to resolve defects.
• Participate in UAT and production validation phases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Expertise on analyzing various types of tests like functional/Non-functional and create a scope on those tests to deliver quality software
• Expertise to work in an agile methodology, collaborating well with the Development, Project and Product teams.
• Hands-on experience with frontend, microservices, and serverless applications
• Having prior experience on payment gateway systems.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing would be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in QA/testing (preferably in POS or payment domain)
• Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience with APIs, data mapping, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with payment systems, and transaction lifecycle
• Working knowledge of tools like Postman, JMeter etc.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in airline, airport, or payment gateway systems.
• Understanding of regulatory compliances
