This role involves addressing customer-reported defects, facilitating communication among team members, and implementing corrective actions. Responsibilities may include conducting PPAPs, managing containment and sorting activities, and writing detailed reports on analyses and corrective measures. The Quality Engineer will also lead weekly meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of quality issues.
