Responsibilities

• Lead weekly quality workshops, analyze production data, and manage First Pass Yield (FPY) for mass production.
• Conduct Level B layered audits , address critical quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
• Develop, update, and manage quality control documentation; review and handle non-conforming or abnormal products.
• Carry out annual product audits, maintain key process capability controls, and analyze GP12 data to drive continuous improvement.
