About the Role:
The Quality Engineer at Brooks plays a critical role inestablishingand sustaininghigh standardsof product quality.This positionis responsible fordeveloping, implementing, andmonitoringrobust quality systems and processes to ensure products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations. The Quality Engineer works closely with cross‑functional teams to define quality control protocols, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing.
The core focus of this role is tomonitorand reduce manufacturing variation, prevent defects at the source, and strengthen detection methods toeliminateescapes.This includes improving manufacturing methods and processes and contributing to product design enhancements to elevate overall product reliability and performance.
