- Quality Engineer ensure that company's products and processes meet established quality standards by identifying shortfalls, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems.
- Developing and implementing quality standards and control systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance and its associated KPIs.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Problem solving Oriented following the A3 methodology, Six Sigma tools or other, developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Quality continuous improvement by continually challenging the results obtained in the Quality KPI’s. Through evaluation, analysis, and teamwork to achieve the established goals such as Rework,
