Maximize customer experience and assure customer loyalty by driving integration of quality planning, control and improvement principles and techniques into all phases of the product life cycle, through optimized processes and systems, collection and analysis of data, structured problem solving, complaint resolution, quality training, coaching and conduct of audits. Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of non-exempt quality positions, e.g. Quality Inspectors, Precision Inspectors and/or Quality Technicians to execute standard work in an environment where continuous improvement (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and waste elimination result in achievement of quality objectives.
