Description

The Quality Engineer will work side by side with the current Quality Manager to build out a Quality System. Must be a hands on, mechanically inclined Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience. This Quality Engineer with be responsible for FAI, NCR, root cause analysis, and supplier approvals.

Stator Quality Support:

Assist in addressing and resolving quality issues specifically related to high temp stator components and new supplier development.

Motor Housing Porosity Quality Support:

Assist in working with Engineering and casting supplier to resolve high scrap rate due to pressure leaks and reimbursement/savings.

Part Marking Quality Support:

Incoming part/pump marking for private labels is followed to PO requirements and assist with supplier NCR’s and root cause corrective actions.
