Quality Engineer - Princeton, IL (onsite)
We are looking for a Quality Engineer that is a strong problem solver, dedicated to completing assigned job tasks on time, comfortable with developing suppliers, implementing quality system improvements, providing customers timely feedback, able to communicate effectively to cross functional teams and upper management, and will represent LCN in a professional manner. This position is onsite five days weekly.
What You Will Do:
Lead problem solving, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns using statistical tools.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Rapid Improvement Events, Six Sigma, lean methodology, etc.
Develop and provide training to build quality awareness.
