Job Description
Orbit is looking forward to onboarding a diligent Quality Engineer . Candidate must have the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or related engineering
3+ years of professional experience working in the Quality Assurance/ Statistical Process departments of Manufacturing/ Service industries.
Proficient in communicating in English.
Experience in handling Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, and advanced statistical analysis projects.
Knowledge of 5S, 8D, Kaizen, QC tools, PFMEA.
Should possess good knowledge of visualization dashboards like Power BI, Excel, and Qlik.
Must be proficient in GD&T and reading drawings.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications & SAP environment.
Independently work on software like JMP & Minitab.
Good to have:
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
