Job Description
Coordinate activities related to the Quality area: Molding and Quality Engineering, with the goal of providing the required support to the customer regarding quality issues. Lead the problem-solving process and the implementation of new projects within the area.
My Role:
Coordinate communication and customer protection activities.
Monitor and perform Layered Process Audits.
Ensure implementation of corrective actions resulting from Layered Process Audits.
Coordinate the development, training, and control of instructions and/or work routines related to the area.
Supervise the update of the Customer On-Site Review Process (Conduct monthly reviews / Identify, monitor, and ensure the review of Customer and Supplier Manuals).
Coordinate and participate in Operational and Improvement Plans.
Monitor area performance / Document Control Plans.
