Job Description
**Specific Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain monthly corporate Quality Strategy Report and VIP reports. (Warranty, FTC/FTQ, Pulls/Repairs, Capability, FSI, Build/Ship numbers, un-shippable)
2. SPW - Quality
a. Quality pillar implementation
i. Work with the Global Team to define and understand standards.
ii. Work with people development to define master training plan based on needs
iii. Work with Cost deployment to attack Quality loses
1. Review and support lack of quality projects
iv. Team work with all pillars to compliant requirements
1. Work with WO & PM to complete Occurrence & Release and Quality Maintenance projects
v. Maintain, Analyze, Release and follow up the QA Matrix or equivalent completion (Reactive, Preventive, Proactive and Launch) completion
1. Identify top issues off QA Matrix or equivalent and set-up problem solving teams to attack those issues, and assure there is read across to other areas of the plant for preventive and proac...
