Job Description
Ensure all fasteners comply with AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001, and customer-specific aerospace requirements .
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria .
2. Inspection & Testing
Perform and oversee dimensional inspections, mechanical testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT) for aerospace fasteners.
Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments for inspection.
Analyze material test reports (MTRs) and ensure conformance to aerospace material standards.
3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Conduct 8D problem-solving , Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) , and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce defects.
