ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections using magnifiers and contact/non-contact measuring devices.Read and understand blueprint drawings and specifications for correct test requirements, procedures, and sampling plans.Receives and documents sample parts into the Quality Lab tracking system for all rejects and reports to Quality Manager daily.On going review processes, procedures and specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function and compliance of the products.Support product development by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.Performs other dut...
