**Description:**
You will be the Quality Engineer Staff for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product sustainment quality across PAC‑3 programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer Staff you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives and driving technical excellence in surveillance and corrective actions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead a group of quality engineers and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers.
+ Facilitate the Surveillance Item process and present technical data and project status to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Analyze and resolve complex product and process issues, driving root‑cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
+ Conduct data integrity reviews, drive closure of non‑conformance reports, and support Corrective Action Board meetings.
