Job Summary
This position, under the supervision of Quality Assurance Supervisor, will be responsible to prepare and release quality files according to the Inspection Test Plan (ITP), to investigate the root cause of external/internal issues in order to improve the reliability of internal processes and products delivered by the plant.
Candidate shall be able to obtain results with minimal guidance and be accountable for programs and projects results assigned by Quality Assurance Supervisor
Responsibilities and duties
Manage QA/QC documentation: inspection plan (ITP), test procedures, inspection reports, etc. Perform inspection in-house and at supplier premises (visual /dimensional, hydrotest, etc.)Manage new item and new product qualification processesManaging supplier part approval (PPAP) to completion – initially and with every engineering change for New products, Engineered Packages, New spare partsWork with Manufacturing and Technical Service team on quality issues (both internal both coming from customer) to effective resolution and resultsAnalyzing supplier NCRs and follow up for corrective actions, perform root cause analysis activitiesDevelop, prepare, analyze and deliver accurate and timely required reports (statistical analysis, trends) Requirements and skills
Engineering degree or equivalent culture Excellent verbal and writing skills in Italian languageIntermediate English level, both written and spoken2 to 3 years of experience in quality related jobs, preferably inside manufacturing companiesExperienced in inspection, hydrotest, NDE is a strong plusAct with autonomy and responsibilityAbility to interact effectively with suppliers and customersOrganize your work respecting deadlines and commitments What we Offer
