Quality Engineer
Location: Westfield, MA (Onsite, with occasional travel to Southwick, MA)
Schedule: 45 hours per week, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $86,000 to $107,000 annual salary, plus annual bonus

Overview
The Quality Engineer plays a key role in supporting a high precision manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement and superior craftsmanship. This position is responsible for leading daily quality initiatives, supporting cross functional teams, and driving long term improvement across products, processes, and customer satisfaction.
