What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and optimize processes.
  • Perform audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and corrective action plans.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO standards.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

    • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software and tools.
  • Certification in quality engineering or related field (e.g., ASQ CQE).
