**Description:**
You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality electronic assemblies, machined and welded parts, and safety‑critical systems for defense and commercial customers.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function that supports the Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) area.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Supervising direct reports, including career development, performance reviews, and staffing.
+ Overseeing quality‑engineering work assignments such as quoting, capacity planning, budgeting, and capital planning.
+ Leading internal and external IPT meetings, corrective‑action boards, and quality‑metric reviews.
+ Implementing mistake‑proofing, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and ISO 9001/AS9100 com...
