Responsibilities

  • Quality engineering staff amamagement
  • Lead and drive Quality improvement in all areas
  • Provide Support and coaching for QE staff in problem solvings
  • Drive QE standardization methods all across CFT's
  • Be main leader for Quality criteria discrepancies
  • Coaching and mentoring to all QE and Inspectors staff
  • Abnormal material management
  • Generate strategies for continuous improvement Sustain the standard work for the Quality staff
  • Between others

Qualifications

  • * 3-5 year of experience as a Quality Manager required in similar position.
  • * Bachelors degree completed, electronic or industrial (preferable)
  • * Demonstrate experience with Surface mount technology quality criteria IPC-A610 expert
  • * Experience on Non conformance material management (FPY, PPMs), problem solving 8D's, MRB, FMEA & Control Plan
  • * Excelent writen and verbal customer communication skills
  • * Work with ethics and responsibility, excelent attitude and team work collaboration
  • * Ability to work with a sense of urgency on any shift (when required) * Knowledge of Agile, PFS, Power BI and LN systems is a plus
  • * Demonstrate experience to manage engineering staff and improvee their career paths
  • * Experience to plan and drive continuous improvement strategies for quality KPI's
