- Define Testing Strategy to evolve the testing practice and provide a stable and efficient service to the execution groups.
- Support Technology Strategy by ensuring the execution of Testing transformation initiatives in accordance to the Technology Strategy
- Support Business strategy by enabling the execution of prioritized initiatives on the testing front
- Manage the Testing Practice Organization, which - is responsible for ensuring a mature and evolved testing discipline along the organization.
- Support Consumer Technology execution teams in regards to environments, performance testing, tooling, methodology and adherence.
- Administer internal and outsourced contracts/services as well as third party software houses relationship for the tools and services under the area scope.
- Manage Testing Practice assigned budget to meet plan targets and look for cost reduction opportunities while supporting the approved demand.
