Your contribution to something big:

  • Monitoring and analysis of customer return complaints for early detection of quality-related problems.
  • Testing, measure, analyse, evaluate products, and report all the findings.
  • Writing instructions, reports, and handling other required administrative duties.
  • Training new associates.
  • Escalation / task force participation with customer contact.
  • Project participation in the technical definition for all types of activities.
  • Technical support in the development of new projects.
  • IAM repair management.
  • Monitoring Customer IAM feedback on site.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • High School in Electronic or similar.
  • Very good Communication skills: fluent in English, confident and efficient speaker - mandatory requirement.
