Responsibilities

• Support in assuring the quality of products and work processes for electric wiring harness and interior Door Panel in Ipoh Plant.
• Handle Complaint Management for DEM Ipoh Plant.
• Principle activities
• Obtain instruction, complaint, feedback, improvement from customer.
• Lead and/or involve in the 8D investigation team consists of multi-disciplinary department.
• Assure preparation of related equipment and ensure all 8D report is according to customer requirements and/or internal guideline and must to be replied within the targeted date.
• Communicate with other department regarding external/internal Quality issue.
• Support other departments in problem analysis and corrective actions and develop a plan with complex test and inspection to ensure product quality.
