    Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes and procedures.
  • Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address qualityrelated concerns and suggest corrective actions.
  • Contribute ideas for improving QA/QC processes.
  • To prepare inspection documents at receiving, in-process and final stage.
  • To execute internal as well as TPI/client inspections for various stages of manufacturing like raw material clearance, setup and NDE inspections, Heat treatment, Final dimensional, visual and hydrotest inspectionsto ensure productquality meetsas per standards requirement.
  • To conduct and record equipment running trial observations includes measurement of equipment vibration, speed, noise, temperature rise, runout, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain record of non-destructive testing, inspection dossier, instrument calibration records.
  • Prepare and review of standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Responsible for root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to be taken on non-conformity identified.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with guidelines.
  • To ensure welding is being done as per approved
  • To maintain welder continuity record.
