Quality Head

Job Responsibilities

• Must hold a B.E. Mechanical or Electrical degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Preferably have experience working as the head of a Quality function.
• Possess strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience with electro-mechanical products such as breakers, isolators, switches, tap changers, etc.
• Good knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous, and plastic materials.
• Sound understanding of Six Sigma methodology and its practical application.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards and other quality/safety-related standards.
• Capable of conducting quality audits and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Knowledge of material standards, material acceptance criteria, and statistical analytical tools is preferred.
