Job Description
We are hiring senior leaders for our Greenfield EHV Manufacturing Facility. The role requires hands-on experience in 220–550 k V cables. Only candidates with relevant domain exposure are encouraged to apply.
Job Purpose
To Handle and Set up the Quality cum Testing activities for a green field EHV cable manufacturing plant leading a team of professionals.
Accountabilities
1. Lead the MR, Quality Assurance & Quality Control department for EHV cable manufacturing.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO/IEC and industry-specific standards.
3. Establish and maintain testing protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
4. Oversee compliance with national and international standards such as IS, IEC, BS, and UL.
5. Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to ensure product quality from design to delivery.
6. Drive initiatives in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies to minimize defects and enhance efficiency.
