Role: Product- Quality Head

Experience: 10+ years

Work Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a testing strategy to ensure our products are defect-free, using automated testing tools to improve efficiency.
2. Lead the Quality Control and Testing teams, ensuring products meet high standards of performance and reliability before release.
3. Set up and maintain quality assurance processes, following best practices, to ensure consistent product quality and performance.
4. Work closely with product development and customer experience teams to address quality issues and continuously improve products.
5. Ensure the team understands the products thoroughly to validate their functionality and features during the release process.
6. Analyze quality metrics and customer feedback to improve processes. Present reports and suggestions to management for product improvements.
7. Ensure all software releases meet quality standards and proper documentation requirements.
8. Maintain the company s compliance with key certifications such as ISO and SOC reports. Coordinate audits with internal and external teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance within IT or software development.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools, quality assurance processes, and compliance standards.
