About the Role:
We’re seeking a Head – Quality to strategically lead, design, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple hospital units, ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in patient safety and care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
🛒 Strategic Quality Leadership – Develop and implement a standardized quality roadmap, lead quality committees, and advise senior leadership on trends and regulations.
📊 Accreditation & Compliance Excellence – Manage end-to-end accreditation processes (NABH, NABL, JCI) and ensure 100% statutory compliance.
📈 Clinical Quality & Patient Safety – Standardize KPIs, lead incident reporting systems, and drive continuous improvement using RCA, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
