Job Description

- Lead and manage the quality function across plants.
- Ensure SOP implementation and adherence to quality management systems.
- Oversee QA for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- Establish and maintain 5S systems and in-process quality controls.
- Drive compliance with factory standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage deviation handling and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Handle and resolve technical complaints from stakeholders.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs.
- Provide strategic input on quality excellence to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

- Experience: 10-15 years in quality management within steel or heavy manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in auditing, SOPs, 5S systems, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Proven ability in multi-plant quality operations management.
- Hands-on experience in process improvement & deviation management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be willing to be based near plant location
