EveryMind Mental Health Services is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team.

Base Pay Range

CA$68,805 - CA$74,420 per year

Job Summary

The QI Specialist supports the System Planning and Accountability Department, strengthening QI practices and accreditation processes to enhance clinical services and evidence‑based decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Create and support a culture of continuous quality improvement by building EveryMind’s knowledge of and capacity for CQI and client safety practices.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to develop, design, deploy, and support the delivery of QI, client safety, and accreditation initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate working groups and activities to advance every accreditation journey under Accreditation Canada’s Qmentum Global™ program.
