Job Description
The candidate shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and controlling all Non-Destructive Testing activities for heavy fabricated equipment including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, and Special Alloy Equipment ensuring full compliance with applicable codes and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and govern all NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT, PAUT, TOFD, VT and LT).
Approve NDT procedures in line with ASME, ISO, EN standards.
Ensure compliance with client, statutory and project quality requirements.
Coordinate with production, welding and project teams.
Interface with client, TPI and authorized inspectors.
Oversee documentation, MDRs, audits and NCR closures.
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical.
Qualified NDT Level III in MT, PT, RT, and UT mandatory.
12 - 20 years experience in heavy fabrication & pressure equipment.
