Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

Responsibility:

• Clearing the lots based on priority on daily basis. (EOU & DDS): preparation of Inspection reports; SAP QA32 clearance.
• Inspection of products monitoring and clearing it.
• NC handling: Raising Rework notification to Production & move the stock back to production; Document of confirm rejection location on time.
• Training of Final Inspectors based on requirement.
• Attend Daily SMT meeting & reviews.
• Weekly QCPC reviews.
• Coordinate and prepare FAI documents. 
• 5S management at Final inspection area.
• Implement Kaizens & mistake proofing to reduce / Eliminate defect occurrence. 
• Prepare Monthly First Pass yield. 

Desired Candidate Profile:

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

• B. Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical Eng)
• Minimum 2+ Years experience in related field.
