Position Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Shift: 1st Shift | 6: a.m. – 2: p.m.

Pay Rate: $–$/hour (based on experience)

Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months) or Direct Hire

Position Summary

The Quality Inspector is a hands-on, production-floor role responsible for inspecting materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards. This position works closely with the Quality Supervisor, production operators, and shift supervisors to identify quality issues in real time and support continuous improvement efforts. This is a newly created role due to growth and increasing customer quality expectations.
