The Quality Inspector I plays a hands-on role in ensuring rolled, machined, and fabricated products meet customer requirements and internal quality standards, while supporting production flow on the manufacturing floor.
What You’ll Do
• Perform dimensional, physical, and visual inspections of manufactured product
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and automated inspection equipment (CMMs, laser flatness testing, surface perthometers)
• Conduct ultrasonic and dye penetrant inspections, as required
• Complete first article inspections prior to full-scale production
