Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure that our products and processes meet established quality standards in our Nashik facility. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control principles, the ability to use various measuring instruments, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Responsibilities:Incoming Material Inspection: Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards and specifications.In-Process Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of work-in-progress at various stages of the production process to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.Final Product Inspection: Perform thorough final inspections of finished products to ensure they meet all quality requirements before shipment.Visual Inspection: Conduct visual inspections for defects such as scratches, dents, discoloration, and other cosmetic flaws.Dimensional Inspection: Utilize various precision measuring instruments (., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to verify that product dimensions meet specified tolerances.Functional Testing: Perform functional tests on products as required to ensure they operate according to specifications.Documentation: Accurately document inspection results, including any defects found, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken. Maintain organized inspection records.Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify and report any non-conforming materials or products according to established procedures.Collaboration with Production: Communicate inspection findings to production personnel and work collaboratively to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Calibration of Instruments: Ensure that all measuring and testing equipment is properly calibr
